Residential Addition Over $250,000
Staying true to the traditional aesthetics of this classic colonial home in Nakoma, a new second story addition was designed and constructed on top of the existing kitchen space to allow for a new primary suite and small private porch. The additional gable roof built for the third floor allowed for an expansion of the existing den which provided much needed headroom and light at the top of the stairs. The roof and walls of the screen porch were redesigned and remodeled as well. Tying it all together with a new coat of paint on the home’s exterior and extensive landscaping in the rear yard including a stone patio and retaining walls, the splendor of this handsome home is now complete.
