Here at TDS, we specialize in custom super energy efficient new residential homes and accessory dwelling units built to passive house, net zero ready, and/or “pretty good house” building standards. We feel these more complex projects are the best use of our talent and problem-solving prowess, and as a result, provide the best value to our clients.

Very generally speaking, a custom designed high performance home built by TDS starts at $500/sqft plus design costs of around 10% of build cost. In addition to a high performance finished product, you can expect a fully collaborative design process resulting in a truly unique home tailored to your needs, quality materials (ie. hardwood floors and tiled bathrooms), and expertly executed construction by skilled craftspeople.
