How much will my design/build project cost? 

First, get a sense of what your proposed project will cost. The internet is full of conflicting information about the cost of remodeling and building, so we know it can be overwhelming to know what’s realistic. How much can I afford to spend?

Now that you have a sense of what a project can cost, it’s time to figure out what you can afford to spend on your project, and how you will pay for your project. For example, do you have a sum already saved, or will you need to arrange for a HELOC or construction loan?

Where will I live during the project?

Major renovation and building projects are, to put it lightly, disruptive. It’s always best if you can arrange for alternate housing accommodations during the build phase of your project. That way, we can complete your project quickly and safely. Many people stay with family, sublet a place, or rent an Airbnb while we work on your home.
